	Our speaker for April was Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey who talked about 
	the Grand Jury. Mr. Ramsey has been a prosecutor for 45 years and the elected Butte
	County District Attorney for over 35 years. He is currently the longest-serving
	elected District Attorney in California. During his tenure, the office has instituted
	many special prosecution and investigative programs.
